e-Research-Global does not charge you to become a member. e-Research-Global (eRG) will never ask you for money. eRG Panel Registration is free. Other websites with similar names may collect registration fees. eRG never has or will.
Do I get paid to complete the online registration survey form?
No, this information from you assists us in your selection for each survey. The selection characteristics are determined by us or our clients.

Do I give you my PayPal address at time of Panel Registration?
e-Research-Global will contact you at the time of payment for each completed online web survey or participation in each e-research for your PayPal email address. For security reasons we ask for this PayPal email address only when necessary and only use it only for payment in your PayPal account.
How do I earn money?
Payment for completing an online web survey honestly, depends upon a number of things. In our case, our clients determine who by selected characteristics (female or male for example) will be interviewed depending upon their needs. We then select people with these characteristics, for example, those that have bought a new computer in the last year. We do market research for academics and businesses. If you wish to make regular money completing survey questionnaires, go to this link -

Therefore, you have more chances of being selected. We, at eRG, strongly recommend you sign up only for companies that require NO fees to join. Companies that charge fees to join are in the fee collection business rather than the survey research business. Remember, paying a registration fee usually means the company makes it money on fees not surveys. A reputable company charges no fees to sign up for surveys. If there is a company that asks you to pay, do not register with them.

Just go to our web site at http://www.e-research-global.com and click on contact us on the left side menu and send us the email address you used to register and we will remove you (your information from the panel) and send you a confirmation email saying "Removed Successfully."
Do I need an SRI number?
As an e-Research-Global (eRG) panelist, you will never receive an SRI number. eRG clients (Academic, Business , etc.) use their assigned SRI number to login to the eRG website in order to see their online web survey or send out new invitations to eRG panelists to participate.

Please go to the eRG Panel Member Log In web page accessible from the main (index) page of this URL - http://www.e-research-global.com/index.htm, enter the email address you wish to use to register. Please use an email address only. Then follow these rules in entering a password. We have these rules for a more "secure" eRG Panel Member password system.
You MUST follow ALL of the rules:
1) minimum 6 characters
2) maximum 10 characters
3) NO SPACES
4) Both NUMBERS and LETTERS
5) At lease ONE capital letter

The confirmation email is automatically generated after you register and sent to the email address you provided. If the confirmation email does not arrive within 24 hours after you registered, please email The e-Research-Global Team at info@e-research-global.com and let us know.
Who can join the e-Research-Global.com Panel?
Membership is open to persons from all countries. Participants must be 13 years or older to join the e-Research-Global.com Panel. The number of survey invitations a member receives is based on random sample selection and our clients' research needs within and between countries.
Taking Online Web Surveys or Participating in e-Research

e-Research-Global does not place online web surveys on this website. e-Research-Global Panel members are randomly selected and are invited by email to complete an online web survey or e-research. The email invitations always come from the eRG Team (e-Research-Global Team) and contain the URL (web address) of the online web survey or e-research and the incentive information. Often we use the information from the registration survey form you completed (such as gender, age, interest in particular products, services, geographic location, type of employment, etc.) and the client's criteria for an online web survey or e-research to select participants from the e-Research-Global Panel.

This is due to email clients adding lines breaks to your email messages, causing the link to be terminated prematurely. First, try to copy and paste the entire link (without line breaks) into your browser's address bar. If you continue to have difficulty accessing the survey or e-research site, please email info@e-research-global.com immediately.
When do I receive an email invitation to take an online web survey or participate in e-research?
We offer online web survey and e-research services for clients who ask us to provide participants with particular characteristics they are interested in, such as gender, age, etc. Since e-Research-Global uses random sampling for selection of participants, we cannot predict when you will be asked to fill out an online web survey or participate in other types of e-research.
If you want to increase your chances of taking surveys and earning some money, go and sign up for free (no registration fee) at some other companies also doing surveys.
