• Programming the online survey
• Hosting of your online web survey on our server for up to 2 (two) months.
• Planning your emailings dates.

• If there is an incentive, e-Research-Global.com will select randomly and send an email to the respondent letting the respondent know they have been awarded money for participating in the survey, and when they will receive the award by PayPal.com. We suggest either the 5 participant award (1-$100, 2-$50 and 2-$25) or 10 participant award (2-$50, 4-$25, 4-$12.50) using random selection of participants. The best incentive is to award each participant who completes your survey one dollar or more. In general, the more time it takes to complete a survey, the greater the award.

If you desire more than 15 Closed-ended questions, there is an additional cost of $10 for each one, and for additional Open-ended questions (254 characters is the maximum for respondent's answer), please add $10 for each one to your total cost. For a third follow-up email to participate in your online web survey, please add $50 to the cost for your online web survey.

Not included in the basic cost is an email sample and incentives for respondents. e-Research-Global.com can obtain an online consumer email sample for you for at an additional cost of $2.25 a survey or more plus incentive costs using our panel members. For other samples please inquire.
